Hands down, Loreal, Telescopic Mascara. I have used Chanel, Lancome you name and nothing compares!

ReplyDeleteIf you go to Costco, I love the Kirkland brand mascara. It goes on smooth and leaves my lashes full and long. Sorry, it's not waterproof, but it doesn't smudge. Mascara ALWAYS smudges on me and this never has.
